The details:
We'll meet for 30-60 minutes, 1 day per week, for 8 consecutive weeks via Zoom. I will introduce the topic, and lead you to explore, leaving time at the end for some discussion and coaching. I will stay on another 30 minutes if more time is needed for coaching and discussion. The group is limited to 8 to keep things communal and supportive. Spaces will fill up fast!
