The details:
We'll meet every Thursday from 10-11am beginning January 9th on Zoom. I will introduce the topic, lead you to explore, leaving time at the end for some discussion and/or coaching. I will stay on another 30 minutes if more time is needed for coaching and/or discussion. The group is limited to 8 to keep things communal and supportive. Spaces are filling up fast!
